How to make a USPS Passport Appointment?

  1. Visit the USPS Appointment Scheduling Webpagehttps://tools.usps.com/rcas.htm.

  2. Select your Service Type from the drop-down menu.
  3. Also, select the Number of Adults and the Number of Minors under age 16.
  4. Now, search for Appointments either by Location or Date. (Select the option that you think is more suitable for you).
  5. Select an Appointment Time from the list of appointments available. It is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
  6. To confirm your appointment, provide your contact information such as your Name, Phone Number, and Email Address.
  7. Agree to the terms and conditions.
  8. Now, click on Review Appointment.
  9. Verify the details of the appointment.
  10. Click on Schedule Appointment to confirm your appointment.

USPS Application Acceptance Fees

USPS offers the customers with a certain fee for accepting passport appointment which is mentioned as under:

$35.00 – Post Office acceptance fee

$15.00 – Post Office photo fee (if needed)
